Mike Hayes

Managing Partner, Construction

Michael, a registered Professional Engineer in both Texas and  Louisiana, brings more than 13 years of engineering and construction experience to his newest role as managing partner of Alpine, overseeing the company's construction branch. Michael holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston. His professional career includes civil engineering, development and construction work for multinational engineering firms, mid-size developers and construction companies.

Danny Martin

Managing Partner, Engineering

Danny brings 16 years of experience as a registered Professional Engineer in both Texas and New Brunswick, Canada. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of New Brunswick. His career path leading up to his current post at the helm of Alpine's engineering division includes civil design work on both large-scale and small-scale commercial projects for leading Houston-area engineering, construction and development companies.    

Rodney Hayes

Consulting Manager

Rodney, founding partner of Hayes Construction (1981 - 2010), brings more than 40 years of construction management to his current post as superintendent of Alpine’s construction division.

Brad Roberts

Accountant

Problem solver and a people person. Strong background in both management and entrepreneurship.

David Taylor

Superintendent/ Project Manager

Avid communicator, web and Internet evangelist with more than 10 years of online and offline marketing experience.

Hunter Waneck

Engineer

Typical coffee advocate. Over 5 years of experience in managing key customer accounts and campaigns.

Jimmy Gildart

Progect Manager

A graduate of Texas A&M University, B.S Construction Management with over 35 years of experience in commercial construction covering all aspects of the construction process, Jimmy has devoted his learning and career to the construction business in Houston and surrounding areas. He has a full and complete understanding of all phases of construction.

Kristie Seagroves

Construction/ Engineering Designer

Kristie joined Alpine in 2014 as a CAD Designer. She brings 13 years of experience in the engineering world, from surveying residential to civil development with a little oil and gas in between.

Roland Goodrum

Superintendent

Typical coffee advocate. Over 5 years of experience in managing key customer accounts and campaigns.

Stephen Meagher

Designer

Stephen has 17 years of experience in drafting and design in the fields of site development, subdivision design and public works. 

Tiffany Lee

Receptionist

As Office Manager, Tiffany is responsible for the everyday operations and the general upkeep of the office. This includes tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients and assisting the owners with their daily needs.

Xavier Nieto

Junior Estimator

Xavier is a recent Texas A&M University Construction Science graduate. He efficiently prepares, processes and archives several different types of construction documents from all project stages, while balancing responsibilities for both office and field operations.
